Quiet Presence — Client Agreement
Nature of Service
This service provides strictly platonic, non-sexual, fully clothed companionship with clear boundaries and consent-based physical presence.
Scope
This service is offered exclusively to women. It is intended for clients who are retired, older, widowed, and/or marginalized, particularly those seeking calm presence or structured companionship.
Written Agreement Requirement
This agreement should be reviewed and accepted in writing before a first session is finalized.
- The client reviews the agreement online.
- The client provides written acknowledgment before scheduling is finalized.
- The session start includes a short verbal restatement of boundaries, but not first-time agreement review.
Boundaries
- All sessions are fully clothed at all times.
- No sexual behavior of any kind, whether verbal, physical, or implied.
- No kissing or intimate contact beyond agreed positions.
- No intoxication by either party.
- No audio, video, or photography without explicit prior consent.
Consent and Communication
- All physical contact is mutually agreed upon in advance.
- Clients may request adjustments at any time.
- The provider may also pause, adjust, or stop at any time.
- Physical contact is limited to predefined, mutually agreed positions or contact formats. Any deviation requires explicit consent and may be refused at the provider’s discretion.
Client Responsibilities
- Maintain strictly platonic behavior at all times.
- Refrain from sexual, suggestive, or boundary-testing language or actions.
- Respect all physical boundaries and agreed-upon positions.
- Follow any request to adjust or stop contact immediately.
- Communicate respectfully and avoid attempts to establish a personal or romantic relationship outside the service.
Failure to adhere to these responsibilities may result in immediate session termination without refund and refusal of future bookings.
Conversation Scope
Conversation, when present, is limited to active listening. The provider does not offer recommendations, directives, or advice regarding personal, legal, financial, medical, or mental health matters.
Session Control and Termination
- The provider may pause or end a session at any time if boundaries cannot be maintained or safety or comfort is affected.
- The provider reserves the right to pause, adjust, or terminate any session if, in their sole judgment, the interaction cannot remain within the intended professional and platonic scope.
- Sessions ended due to boundary violations are not eligible for refund.
- Sessions may be declined or terminated if the provider feels unsafe for any reason.
Scheduling, Cancellation, and Refunds
- A request is not a confirmed session.
- A session becomes confirmed only after intake review, scheduling agreement, and any required payment are complete.
- Payment is requested only after a time is agreed.
- Payment does not guarantee service outside the service boundaries or override provider discretion.
- Clients who cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time may choose one rescheduled session or a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are normally non-refundable.
- No-show sessions without communication are non-refundable.
- One reschedule may be allowed for a confirmed session if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
- If payment is not completed within the stated payment window, the held time may be released and returned to scheduling review.
- If the provider cancels before the session begins and payment has been made, the client receives a full refund or may transfer the payment to a new time by agreement.
Third-Party Presence
If a client prefers an additional person to be present in the same building or nearby, this must be arranged by the client in advance. That person must not be present in the same room or participate in the session.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that spouses, partners, relatives, housemates, or other third parties will not interrupt the session, confront the provider, or create a foreseeable safety risk. The provider may leave or terminate the session immediately if undisclosed third-party conflict or interference becomes apparent. Sessions ended for this reason are not eligible for refund when the risk was reasonably foreseeable to the client.
Respect and Conduct
This is a professional service. Respectful communication is expected at all times. Repeated attempts to test or bypass boundaries will result in refusal of future bookings.
Health and Hygiene
Clients must arrive clean and in good general health. Sessions will not proceed if hygiene standards are not met.
Sessions may also be declined, postponed, or ended if illness, impairment, or other health or safety factors make the session unsuitable or outside the service scope. Quiet Presence does not provide medical care, crisis response, supervision, lifting assistance, or personal care.
Disclaimer
This service is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or crisis support, and no clinical outcomes are implied.
Independence
This is an independent professional service and is not affiliated with or operated by any religious or charitable organization.
Acknowledgement
By submitting written acknowledgment of this agreement, you confirm that you understand and agree to these terms. Session arrival may include a brief verbal restatement of boundaries, but the written acknowledgment remains the primary agreement record.
