Quiet Presence — Terms of Service

1. Scope

This website describes an independent professional service offering strictly platonic, non-sexual companionship with clear boundaries. Nothing on this website constitutes therapy, counseling, medical care, or emergency support.

2. Eligibility

Services are available only to adult women capable of giving informed consent. By requesting a booking, you confirm that you meet that requirement.

3. Bookings and Payment

A request is not a confirmed session. A session becomes confirmed only after intake review is completed, the request is approved for scheduling, a date, time, and setting are agreed, and any required payment is received.

4. Boundaries

All sessions are fully clothed, strictly platonic, and subject to explicit consent and professional boundaries. The provider may pause, adjust, decline, or terminate any session in their sole discretion if the interaction cannot remain within the intended scope. Clients are responsible for arranging any third-party presence, if desired, prior to the session.

5. Client Conduct

Clients must align with the scope of the service. Requests for services outside the defined client group or intent may be declined at the provider’s discretion.

Clients must refrain from sexual, suggestive, coercive, manipulative, aggressive, or boundary-testing conduct. Any violation may result in immediate session termination, refusal of future service, and forfeiture of any applicable refund.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that a session can occur without interference, confrontation, or foreseeable safety issues created by spouses, partners, relatives, housemates, or other third parties. If undisclosed third-party risk becomes apparent, the provider may decline, leave, pause, or terminate the session immediately.

Sessions may also be declined, postponed, or ended if hygiene conditions, illness, impairment, or other health or safety factors make the session unsuitable or outside the service scope.

6. Limitation of Service

This service is not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, crisis intervention, or social services. No diagnosis, treatment, or professional advice is provided. Clients seeking clinical, emergency, or psychiatric support should use appropriate licensed or emergency resources.

7. Conversational Scope

Conversation, when present, is limited to active listening. The provider does not offer recommendations, directives, or advice regarding personal, legal, financial, medical, or mental health matters. Clients acknowledge that this boundary is a core part of the service.

8. No Affiliation

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, this service is independently operated and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, supervised by, or operated on behalf of any church, charity, nonprofit, medical provider, or counseling practice.

9. No Warranties

The website and services are provided on an as-available basis. No guarantee is made regarding any personal or emotional outcome, or continued availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant session or booking, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

11. Updates

These terms may be updated from time to time by posting a revised version on this website.
